On the morning of August 18, the People's Committee of Phu Loc Commune, in collaboration with Hue City Department of Health and a sponsoring unit, launched a safe swimming class for children aged 6 to 15. The class attracted 300 participating students, divided into 15 groups.

The Central Coast Nature Museum has launched the art photography contest “Dance of the Lagoon Birds”. Entries will be accepted from August 18th to October 31st, 2025, from all Vietnamese citizens, capturing vivid and unique moments of bird species living or migrating in lagoons and coastal areas.

Every summer, blood shortages occur at many medical facilities across the country, including Hue Central Hospital - one of the top-tier hospitals that continuously receives a large number of emergency and treatment cases. On July 12, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a launching ceremony for the 2025 “Green Summer” volunteer campaign with the theme: “Youth take the lead and volunteer for community health”.

On July 5, the Youth Union and the Student Association of Hue University launched and implemented the 2025 “Green Summer” student volunteer campaign.
