On the afternoon of September 26th, the 10th National Young Architects Festival, themed “Green Journey”, took place in Hue City, drawing more than 1.000 young architects from 44 delegations across the country.

The recent export of 18 tons of Hue specialty cakes (including nam cakes (flat rice flour cakes with shrimp topping), loc cakes (tapioca dumplings), and it cakes (glutinous flour round cakes)) to the USA by Hue One Food and Kinh Do Specialty Joint Stock Company, Thuan An, holds significant meaning, acting as a special cultural ambassador of Hue to the world, with the value of cassava plant.

Starting on January 1, 2025, Hue Today Online has launched for readers with a new domain name. This change also marks a significant milestone in the development journey of a publication of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television.

After over 2 weeks taking place in Hanoi, the exhibition on the country’s achievements with the theme “the 80-year journey to Independence - Freedom - Happiness” has officially closed. The organizing committee honored and awarded the title of “Typical Display Space” to the display space of Hue City.

In the journey to brand itself as “Hue - a heritage city, a green, attractive, and high - end destination” on the global tourism map, Hue is boosting its promotional efforts, particularly by spreading the beauty of its landscapes, culture, and people through international media channels.

During 2 days, including September 6 and 7, Hue Youth Union held a program called the Journey of “Hue’s youth with homeland’s sea and islands” in 2025 in Quang Tri Province.

Unable to rely solely on love for the craft or pride in the past, Hue’s craft villages must step beyond traditional pathways toward a new journey: Transforming production thinking, applying technology, embracing green transition, elevating quality, and telling cultural stories in more modern ways.

In recent years, this experience has been reimaged with touches of elegance: afternoon tea at sunset, dinner under the stars, and the lingering notes of traditional Hue Singings.

Alongside provinces, cities, and ministries across the country, Hue City participated in the National Achievements “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” themed exhibition held in Hanoi, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2nd).

Organizing STEAM educational experiences for students; a warm art night dedicated to mothers; a journey carrying books to a remote village; and a discussion with young people about French architecture, etc., these activities gave August a warm start at Hue Book and Culture Space - a cultural meeting place that, despite being new, has become a cherished part of Hue.
