On December 4th, the University of Sciences, Hue University, in coordination with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Hanoi, organized the 2025 Dialogue Program under the theme: “Cooperation in Journalism - Communication Training in the Post-Digital Context.”

To many people, Nguyen Dac Xuan is renowned as a researcher from Hue. However, few know that the most vibrant years of this researcher’s life were spent pursuing journalism.

On the afternoon of June 18, Song Huong Magazine held a launch event for the book - research work “A Chronicle of Hue Journalism History (1913 - 2020)”. This book was compiled by Song Huong Magazine and Mr. Duong Phuoc Thu (lead editor), a journalist and a researcher.

It is the theme of the Year of the Snake - 2025 Spring Press Fair, jointly organized by Journalists Association and Department of Culture and Sports on January 23rd at Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City.

On the afternoon of April 7th, a seminar titled “Commercial Photography in the era of Artificial Intelligence” was held at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Sciences. The event was organized by the university in collaboration with the Thua Thien Hue Photography Association and sponsored by Yongnuo, a company specializing in photography equipment manufacturing.
