Joining the celebrations marking the 101st anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, this edition of Hue Today Weekly presents a photo series by multiple contributors, capturing the persistent efforts and quiet sacrifices of those working in journalism. It is hoped that every frame will serve as a gentle message of connection and inspiration for fellow journalists: as long as one remains in the profession, one will continue to be moved by the ordinary, listen to people’s lives, and possess the courage to defend what is right.

Training journalists in AI and automation skills for multimedia production

On May 14th in Hue, the Journalism Professional Training Center under the Vietnam Journalists Association, in coordination with the city’s Journalists Association, organized a specialized training course titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence and Automation in Multimedia Content Production” for more than 40 reporters, editors, and communications officers. Attending the event was Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nam, journalist, Chairwoman of the city’s Journalists Association and Deputy Director of Hue Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.

On the morning of March 15, across Hue City, from urban area to suburban and remote areas, streams of people eagerly headed to polling stations to exercise their civic rights and responsibilities in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. The festival for all people also marked by vivid and heartwarming moments of solidarity and trust of voters.
