On the afternoon of August 19th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh led a delegation on a field trip to inspect investment and production activities at Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone and Phu Bai Industrial Park. Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital announced on August 17th that, as part of its international cooperation activities, the university had partnered with the US-based Operation International (OI) and DCA to provide free screening and surgery for patients with cleft lip and palate.

After a period of preparation, the Hue - Phong Nha heritage train will officially be launched on August 28. Notably, starting August 17, the railway sector has begun selling tickets for the HQ1/HQ2 train pair, named ‘World Heritage Journey’, connecting Hue Ancient Capital with Phong Nha - Ke Bang.
