On the afternoon of March 30th, Hue Central Hospital announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MicroPort MedBot (China) and Hanoi Foreign Medical (HFM) to establish the first Vietnam-China Robotic Surgery Training Center in Vietnam. On February 13th, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee, conducted a field survey and inspection of inland waterway tourism routes to assess their current status, development potential, and prospects for investment in tourism products and services.

Hue City People's Committee recently issued Plan No. 66/KH-UBND on February 3, 2026, regarding the implementation of the project “Developing tourism and tourism services for Hue City in 2026”. On the afternoon of January 16th, a working delegation from Ha Tinh Province, led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, had a working session with the People’s Committee of Hue City to exchange and learn from experience in the management, investment, and operation of smart urban development models and modern, sustainable household solid waste treatment.
