Young Women’s Football Festival 2025 took place on the afternoon of September 13 at Tu Do Stadium. The event was co-organized by Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), the Department of Culture & Sports, the Department of Education & Training, and Hue City Football Federation.

On the evening of September 5th, the Department of Science and Technology (S&T) organized an exhibition to showcase Science and Technology products, commercially potential products, and trademark-protected products in 2025. The exhibition is part of activities to promote the development of the Science and Technology market and to respond to the National Tourism Year 2025; the exhibition runs for two days, from September 5th to September 7th.

On the morning of September 4th, the Department of Tourism announced statistics on visitor arrivals to Hue in the first eight months of 2025. Notably, France topped the international tourist market to Hue with nearly 64.200 tourists during the period, accounting for 13,5% of the city’s international tourist arrivals.

To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. These teams were tasked with assessing the preparation and guiding the organization of the new academic year's opening ceremony at educational institutions across the city.

On the morning of August 28, the Department of Home Affairs held the opening ceremony for the exhibition themed “Hue through the course of history through archival documents”. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

Building on digital citizens is a key factor that determines the success of the digital transformation revolution. In response to this urgent requirement, the “Digital Literacy for All” movement is seen as a practical and strategic initiative to popularize digital skills among the population. A training course on Hue Singing (Ca Hue) for secondary school music teachers in Hue City, organized by Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, opened on the morning of August 23 at Hue Intermediate School of Culture and Arts.
