| Leaders of the Department of Education and Training and Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted encouraged the teams |
Based on the results of the city-level excellent student competition in the academic year 2025 - 2026 and the recommendations of the Excellent Student Training Council, the Director of the Department of Education and Training signed a decision to establish 11 teams to compete in the national excellent student competition in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, English, French, and Japanese, with a total of 108 students from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. Specifically, the Japanese team consists of 8 students, while the remaining teams have 10 students each.
Throughout the training process, leaders of the city, the Department of Education and Training, and Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted have created the most favorable conditions in terms of policy, facilities, and moral support for the teams.
Teachers in the Training Council have updated the students on knowledge and exam formats in accordance with new regulations, and provided them with in-depth specialized knowledge to ensure they enter the competition with confidence and courage.
The teams also had the opportunity to be coached by experts from major domestic universities. Notably, this year, former students of Quoc Hoc - Hue, who were international prize winners, returned to the school to mentor the teams.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Department of Education and Training, encouraged the team members to remain calm and confident, and demonstrate the prowess of Hue City students to achieve the highest results in this year's national excellent student competition.
Mr. Nguyen Tan expressed his confidence that, with the dedication of the teachers in the Training Council, along with the determination and aspirations of the students, the teams will achieve the highest results in the competition, bringing honor to their hometown as Hue is now a centrally-governed municipality, as well as to the education sector, their school, their families, and themselves.
