Located along the Perfume River, the house at 23 - 25 Le Loi street is gradually transforming into a cultural space for book lovers and Hue culture enthusiasts.

A great number of tourists and locals flocked into the Huyen Tran Temple Festival held on At Ty new year’s days. This was an event held by the Department of Culture and Sports, opening on the morning of the lunar January 9th (February 6) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center, located at the foot of Ngu Phong Mountain (An Tay Ward, Thuan Hoa District).

On the evening of February 1st, at Thuong Bac Park, Phu Xuan District Youth Union, in collaboration with District Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, organized the 2025 cultural program “Mung Dang Quang Vinh” (In Celebration of the Glorious Party).

In the early days of the new year 2025, the Year of the Snake, many places in the city organized exciting spring activities, including cultural and sports activities, as well as folk games and royal court games, etc.
