Recently, the Open Data product of Thua Thien Hue province, the Provincial Center of Information Technology (HueCIT) won the second prize in the field of IT, Electronics and Telecommunications (no first prize) at the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Technical Creation Competition 2022.

Within the context of deepening economic integration and fierce competition, Thua Thien Hue has always actively grasped the current trends to improve the business investment environment and attract more investors. Aside from igniting the passion and excitement of school students and university students in the field of information technology (IT), the success of the Hue-ICT Challenge 2022 competition opens up many prospects and contributes to realizing the orientation of high-quality IT human resources development of the province.

Having won many high prizes in provincial and national competitions, Truong Van Quoc Dat, a 12th grader at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted (Hue City), has just won a silver medal at the 33rd International Biology Olympiad in 2022, held in Yerevan city, Armenia with the participation of 231 contestants from 63 countries and territories.

On the morning of July 4, at Ngo Mon Square (Hue City), the Ministry of Public Security and Thua Thien Hue Public Security opened the final round of the People's Public Security Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition 2022 in the southern region.
