Over 30 contestants participate in the Receptionist Skills Competition

The contest provided a playground to honor the receptionist profession, while also affirming Hue’s tourism sector’s commitment to building a high-quality workforce that is professional, creative, and rich in cultural identity.

This year’s contest gathered 33 contestants from 20 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels, creating a lively and highly professional competitive atmosphere.

The contest consisted of 2 parts, with 30% of the score coming from the theoretical test and 70% from the practical test. These sections not only assessed knowledge and professional skills but also encouraged creativity, confidence, and professional demeanor in each contestant. It was also an opportunity for businesses to discover and nurture outstanding individuals, contributing to the development of a young, dynamic, and promising workforce for Hue’s tourism industry.
