Semi-final round of the “1st Hue University Innovation Solutions Competition - 2025”

A competing team presented their entry

The semi-final round brought together the most outstanding projects/solutions, meticulously selected from the preliminary (basic) round held at the member universities and affiliated faculties.

At the event, the competing teams directly pitched and defended their innovative solutions in front of the judging panel. The judging panel comprised leading experts, scientists, managers, and representatives from reputable businesses and investment funds.

Dr. Hoang Kim Toan, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation - Hue University, emphasized that this is a highly competitive round, where projects must clearly demonstrate their creativity, feasibility, business model, and practical application potential. The judging panel will work impartially to select the most deserving projects that meet all the criteria to advance to the final round, where they will compete for the highest awards of the competition.

The competition is organized with the strategic goal of discovering, nurturing, and honoring creative startup ideas, solutions, and projects with potential. This is not only an academic playground, but also a practical environment for the competing teams to connect, learn, and refine their products, getting them ready for incubation and commercialization.

The event contributes to realizing the goal of building a sustainable and dynamic innovation ecosystem throughout Hue University, and seeking useful solutions to serve the community and the socio-economic development of Hue City and the nation.
