On the morning of August 23, the City’s Youth Center organized the First Expanded Traditional Martial Arts Championship for Children and Youth in Hue City, 2025.

On the morning of August 18, the People's Committee of Phu Loc Commune, in collaboration with Hue City Department of Health and a sponsoring unit, launched a safe swimming class for children aged 6 to 15. The class attracted 300 participating students, divided into 15 groups.

On the afternoon of July 21, Hue Central Hospital held a special discharge ceremony for four pediatric patients who had successfully undergone bone marrow transplants. Among them, three children with Thalassemia received allogeneic transplants, and one underwent the hospital’s 50th autologous transplant. This event not only marks a major advancement in medical expertise but also serves as vivid evidence of the tireless efforts of doctors and medical staff to provide better survival chances and quality of life for children with serious illnesses.

This is the theme of the Family and Children's Day 2025, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with Hue City’s Association for the Protection of Children's Rights, held on the evening of June 22.

On the afternoon of June 6, the Board of Directors of Hue Central Hospital held a discharge ceremony to celebrate the success of a liver transplant case. This was the hospital’s second pediatric liver transplant and the third cross-country liver transplant performed by the hospital, marking another milestone in humanitarian medical achievements and extending the hope of life for children suffering from severe liver diseases.

On the morning of June 4, Hue City Youth and Children Activity Center organized the “Youth and Children with the Homeland's Sea and Islands” Day in 2025.

On the afternoon of June 1, Hue Central Hospital organized the “Festival of Love" program for pediatric patients receiving treatment at the Pediatric Center. The aim was to bring meaningful gifts and spread love to all the children undergoing treatment at the hospital on the occasion of International Children's Day on June 1.

This was the directive from Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, at the launching ceremony for a water safety and drowning prevention program for residents, children, and students in the area. The event took place at Thuan An beach on the morning of May 24.

On May 23rd, the Organizing Committee of the 18th Youth and Children’s Innovation Contest in Hue City held its closing ceremony and award presentation for the 2025 contest.

On April 13, the City’s Union of Science and Technology Associations, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Science and Technology, and Hue City Youth Union, organized the opening ceremony of the exhibition and judging for the 18th Hue City Youth and Children's Creativity Contest in 2025 (the Contest).
