In particular, for children in special circumstances, children with disabilities, orphans, and those living in social protection facilities, the city has mobilized the participation across all levels of government, sectors, and the community to create conditions for their comprehensive development.

Speaking at the event, representatives of the Organizing Committee acknowledged and highly evaluated the efforts of local authorities, units, social organizations, protection centers, and benefactors in supporting vulnerable children.
