Decision No. 3979/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 10, 2024 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recognized the “Van Cu noodle-making craft” being in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List under the Traditional Handicraft category. This serves as a foundation for building an intangible cultural heritage profile with a national and international vision for Bun Hue (Hue noodles) culinary heritage in the coming time.

On December 21, at Hai Van Frontier Post (Hai Van Quan) relic, Hue Monuments Conservation Center collaborated with the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City to hold a ceremony announcing the completion of the project to preserve, restore, and promote the value of the Hai Van Frontier Post national relic site.

On December 11, representatives of the provincial Department of Culture and Sports informed that the Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism announced the decision to include the Hue Nam Temple Festival (Huong Tho Commune, Hue City) and Van Cu noodle-making craft (Huong Toan Commune, Huong Tra Town) in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

On the morning of December 10, at the KIMLONG MOTOR Hue Automotive & Manufacturing and Assembly Industrial Park, KIMLONG MOTOR Hue Joint Stock Company and Van Anh Travel and Transport Co., Ltd officially signed an agreement on handing over 200 KIMLONG 99 sleeper buses and 50 KIMLONG X9 minibuses.

On November 28, nearly 100 travel agencies and hotel businesses from Thua Thien Hue Province and Da Nang City surveyed the Golden Sands Golf Resort golf course (located in Vinh Xuan and Vinh Thanh communes, Phu Vang district) to explore cooperation opportunities and promote the robust development of golf tourism in the coming time.

On November 24, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh attended the ceremony on planting trees to embellish Kim Phung Mountain.

On November 15, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong hosted a courtesy reception for H.E. Hilde Solbakken, the Kingdom of Norway's Ambassador to Vietnam.

Nguyen Van He’s Art Barracks is both a creative space and the daily living space of the artist’s family. It is also the place where artist Nguyen Van He has created numerous artworks using materials he has collected from the remnants of war.

On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, had a courtesy meeting and discussion with Ms. Alexandra Elizabeth Smith, Consul General of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Vietnam. Attending the meeting were leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and branches.

This was a directive given by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Hai Minh, during an inspection of the erosion situation in Phu Thuan Commune, Phu Vang District on the morning of October 22.
