On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial People’s Committee had a meeting with businesses to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day. The event was chaired by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, and it also had the participation of leaders from related departments, industries, and units, as well as nearly 300 local businesses.

When visiting A Nam village in Hong Van commune, A Luoi district, tourists will have the chance to admire the only longhouse built with the traditional style of the Pa Co people. In 2014, the longhouse was constructed thanks to the advocacy of weaving artisan Quynh Quyen, a villager of A Nam, and it has since become a symbol of solidarity among the villagers.

“Vang son ky my – the essence of Vietnamese craftsmanship” is something that photographer Nguyen Phong is particularly passionate about as he introduced to Thua Thien Hue Weekly a series of photos showcasing “the golden hands” of artisans perfecting the process of applying gold leaf and lacquer to the columns of Thai Hoa Palace.

On the morning of September 28, the Golden Sands Golf Resort golf course (located in Vinh Xuan and Vinh Thanh communes, Phu Vang district) officially opened and welcomed enthusiasts of the world's 600-year-old elite sport.

On September 18th, the People's Committee of Vinh Xuan Commune (Phu Vang District) held a ceremony to receive the certificate recognizing Vietnam heritage trees. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment; Professor, Dr. Dang Huy Huynh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment, and Chairman of the Heritage Tree Council attended the ceremony.

On the afternoon of September 10, at the Hai Van Frontier Post relic site, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province and the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a working session on coordination in managing, exploiting, and promoting the value of the Hai Van Frontier Post national relic site.

On the afternoon of September 4th, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, held a meeting with the leaders of Viet Personal Mobility Co., Ltd. (PM). The discussion centered on green transportation and the "Clean & Green Smart Hue City" project.

On August 1, Hue Monuments Conservation Center collaborated with the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City to open Hai Van Frontier Post (Hai Van Quan) relic site for visitors after a period of restoration.

By listening to the miraculous sounds of rocks, the young artist Nguyen Van Tien has allowed rocks to narrate stories of memories. Through his vibrant and delicate brushstrokes, the rocks have become conveyers of beautiful memories and memorable moments for many people.
