On the evening of March 21st, Saigon Morin Hue Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to commemorate the 124th anniversary of the founding of Saigon Morin Hue Hotel. Attending the celebration were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City; and Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Secretary of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee.

Thanh Phuoc Village, located in Huong Phong Ward, Thuan Hoa District, lies at the Sinh River Junction, where two of Hue’s most beloved rivers - the Bo River and the Huong River - intersect. The village dates back to the 15th century and is closely linked to its founding ancestor, Phan Niem, the village’s tutelary deity.

Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2025 will take place from June 6th to June 15th across the two districts of Phu Xuan and Thuan Hoa, as well as in various towns and communes.

To ensure timely service for the opening ceremony of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025, scheduled for the evening of March 25th, Thuan Hoa District Green Park Center is accelerating the construction of an outdoor stage along the southern bank of the Huong River. The project is set to be completed and handed over by March 20th.

On the morning of March 10 (the 11th day of the second lunar month of the Year of the Snake), Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized the Xa Tac Worship Ceremony at the Xa Tac Esplanade (Thuan Hoa Ward, Phu Xuan District, Hue City) to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and prosperous lives for the people.

The ceramic art camp titled “Hue with Uncle Ho” officially opened on the afternoon of March 10th at Ngoc An Ceramic Space (108 Le Ngo Cat Street, Thuy Xuan Ward, Thuan Hoa District), attracting a large number of artists.

To celebrate the 94th anniversary of founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Hue City, and many other significant events of the homeland, the People's Committees of Phu Xuan and Thuan Hoa districts have issued plan No. 959 to organize the first traditional boat race in 2025.

Following the approval of the project to build a community-based beach tourism model in Hai Duong Commune, now in Thuan An Ward, Thuan Hoa District, by Hue City People's Council (formerly) in July 2023, the infrastructure in this place is gradually being completed, serving the sightseeing and swimming needs of locals and visitors, contributing to enhancing the economic value of the beach and lagoon.

Nestled on Thien An Hill (Thuy Bang Ward, Thuan Hoa District), Thuy Tien Lake Park was once infamous among backpackers for its abandoned, eerie, and ghostly appearance after years of neglect. For a period, it became an unsafe stop for adventurous travellers seeking unconventional experiences in unfamiliar lands.

Paintings about Uncle Ho always create deep emotions in viewers’ hearts. And, the artworks displayed at the beginning of the Year of the Snake at Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City, located at 7 Le Loi street, Thuan Hoa District, have left such impressions on those who came to appreciate them.
