On the evening of April 28th, Thuan An Ward (Thuan Hoa District), and Thuan An Ward People’s Committee, held the opening ceremony of “Thuan An - Call of the Sea 2025” program.

On the afternoon of April 25, the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Thuan Hoa District, in collaboration with Hue City branch of Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, organized the opening ceremony of a photo exhibition themed “Hue - A city bursting out with vitality”.

In the framework of the book fair opening on the morning of April 19 at the Thuan Hoa Publishing House space (33 Chu Van An Street, Thuan Hoa District), Thuan Hoa Publishing House collaborated with Truong Phuong book to introduce hundreds of valuable books across various fields to the public and readers.

On April 15th, Zhi Shan Foundation, in coordination with the Center for Social Work and Child Protection Fund, and Thuan Hoa District Department of Education and Training, held the inauguration ceremony of a friendly library at Thuy Van Primary School and presented classroom book cabinets to three schools: Duong No Primary School, Phu Thanh Secondary School, and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Secondary School.

Flowing through the center of Hue City, the Huong River, a heritage river, is one of the iconic symbols of Hue Ancient Capital. Associated with over 700 years of history in expanding and developing the land of Thuan Hoa - Phu Xuan, each of these rivers is not just a natural landscape, but also a historical and cultural witness to this land.

On April 10, the Department of Education and Training of Thuan Hoa District organized the district-level Primary STEM Day for the academic year of 2024 - 2025.

The Acecook Happiness Concert with the theme "Sounds of Happiness", featuring many outstanding performances, truly captivated a large audience in the ancient capital. It took place on the evening of March 23 at the Huong River Theatre of Hue Academy of Music (1 Le Loi, Thuan Hoa District).

On the afternoon of March 22, at Le Ba Dang Art Center, which is a part of Hue Museum of Fine Arts (15 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa District), a representative of the family of the late sculptor and painter Le Thanh Nhon donated the painter’s works to the Hue Museum of Fine Arts.

On the morning of March 22, the organizing board of the Phu Xuan and Thuan Hoa traditional boat race held an opening ceremony for the first traditional boat race in 2025 at Trinh Cong Son Park, Gia Hoi Ward (Phu Xuan District).
