With the trend of modern tourism development, the night-time economy is increasingly becoming a “golden opportunity” to enhance a destination’s appeal and extend visitors’ length of stay. In Thuan Hoa Ward, alongside the solutions to maximize the effectiveness of existing night streets, the project of a night street along the Nhu Y River is expected to create a boost, contributing to the vibrancy of urban nightscape.

On the morning of May 17th, Hue City Youth and Children Center organized the 6th Expanded Skills Festival for clubs, teams, and groups in Hue City in 2026 at the Quoc Hoc Stele Square in Thuan Hoa Ward.

The annual April 30th reunion of our middle school friends from Thanh Thuy Ward had a special highlight this year. Before heading to Vinh Thanh beach (Phu Vinh Commune), we made a detour to visit the Thuan An overpass bridge on the very day of its official technical opening. There, we shared in the joy of a large crowd of local residents who were seeing this modern bridge with their own eyes for the first time after years of waiting.

At Thuan An estuary (Thuan An Ward), the rhythm of fishermen’s livelihoods follows the tides with steady regularity. Nearshore net hauls, calls exchanged across the sandy beach, on-the-spot trading activities… all combine to create a vibrant working scene in the summer heat.

The 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026, with the message “Books - Knowledge - Aspiration for National Development”, organized by Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, officially opened on the morning of April 21st at Hue City Library (29A Le Quy Don Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

The training course on implementing the “Safe Swimming and Drowning Prevention” Program 2026, organized by the city’s Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Vietnam Sports Administration (the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), officially opened on the morning of April 17 at 12 Hung Vuong Street (Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City).

On the afternoon of March 29, at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), the Hair Donation Day, with the message “Giving hair - Giving love”, attracted a large number of students and residents. On the morning of March 29th, in Thuan Hoa ward, Hue City, Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (project developer) and Union Success Vietnam Joint Stock Company (investor) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Vlasta Premier - Phu Hoi Project (technical infrastructure component).

On the night of March 29, Hue City Youth Center, in coordination with Hue University Youth Union and Thuan Hoa Ward Youth Union, organized the 2026 “Rewinding Youth time” for students across the area.

On the morning of March 27, Thuan Hoa Ward People’s Committee hosted the 1st Youth and Children’s Creativity Contest 2026, attracting the participation of a great number of delegators, teachers, children and their parents in the area.
