A Diverse Lineup of Art Shows Awaits Audience at O Ly Art Show

HNN.VN - Under the theme “Flow of Heritage”, the first-ever O Ly Art show will officially open at Hue Book and Cultural Space (23-25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward) on June 6, ushering in a new artistic platform for the artist community in Central Vietnam.

O Ly Art Show is an idea designed to create a connective, flexible, and in-depth platform for art within Hue’s creative community. The event brings together a diverse range of art forms, including lacquer art, ceramic mosaic inlay, woodblock printing, oil and acrylic painting, silk art, truchigraphy, mixed media, and video art… each reflecting unique approaches to materials, visual expression, and artistic concepts.

According to the organizing committee, the event offers an opportunity to explore artistic practices as a lens through which social life, cultural identity, and the spirit of Hue and Vietnam can be reflected.

Beyond showcasing artworks, O Ly Art Show also serves as a meeting point to enhance the connection between artists and audience, artists and artists, artists and collectors, collectors and collectors, within the interaction of heritage.
