In addition to training and being ready for combat, physical training and sports activities are always given special attention by officers and soldiers stationed in Vietnam's Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago. Sports not only help improve physical fitness and ease homesickness for the mainland, but they also act as a "bonding agent" that strengthens the connection between comrades, and between the military and civilians.

A large number of soldiers from the armed forces and young people in Hue City attended the film screenings to watch films and documentaries focused on the themes of the army and soldiers, as part of the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024).
Telling historical stories with sketches

The sketches created by Artist Nguyen Van Nguyen successfully depict the heroic historical years of the resistance war fought by the people and soldiers of Binh Tri Thien against the US. These sketches accurately portrayed the lives of compatriots and soldiers during this time. Many of these works were composed during the war and were introduced to the public for the first time in an exhibition titled “Memory Land”.
