On the morning of July 26th, in commemoration of the 78th Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27th, 1947 - July 27th, 2025), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered incense in remembrance of General Nguyen Chi Thanh at the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum (144 Dang Thai Than Street, Phu Xuan Ward).

The 7-a-side Hue Premier League - Huda Cup 2025 (TPL-S5) kicked off on the afternoon of July 19 at Uyen Phuong Stadium (Tay Loc - Phu Xuan Ward). On May 10, the Thuan Hoa - Phu Xuan inter-district Forest Protection Department received a rare and precious water dragon from a citizen who voluntarily handed it over.

Hue Students Football Tournament 2025, competing for the Ba Na Hills Cup, kicked off in the afternoon of April 15 at the football field of Phu Xuan District’s Culture, Information & Sports Center (150 Nguyen Trai Street). The tournament is jointly organized by Hue University and Professional Sports Association and School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University.

After concluding Stage 9 of Truong Tien - Phu Xuan, the 37th National Cycling Tournament for Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup, themed “United Homeland”, kicked off Stage 10 on the morning of April 13th, starting from Hue City to Da Nang City. This year, the starting point was held at Phu Van Lau (Le Duan Street), instead of the usual location at Hue City Center for Culture and Cinema.
