The commercial project at No.42 Phan Chu Trinh begins construction

HNN.VN - On the morning of August 31, Phu Xuan Investment and Service Trading Joint Stock Company coordinated with Hue City People’s Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for the commercial project at No.42 Phan Chu Trinh St. (The Moonlit Hue Hotel).

Attending the ceremony were Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, along with representatives of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and other city departments and agencies.

The project covers an area of over 1,377 square meters, designed with 4 floors (approximately 30-50 rooms) and a maximum height of 18 meters. It is classified as a Grade III construction with fire resistance level III, financed through the investor’s own capital and supplemented by other mobilized sources.

According to Mr. Cao Duc Tho, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Phu Xuan Investment and Service Trading Joint Stock Company, the company is committed to ensuring construction quality and on-schedule completion. The project aims to create an architectural highlight for the An Cuu River banks and Dien Bien Phu Street, thereby promoting the image of Hue and attracting both domestic and international visitors to the city.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Deputy Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee expressed his hope that the commercial service project at No. 42 Phan Chu Trinh will serve as an important facility to enhance the city’s tourism service infrastructure. He also emphasized his expectation that the project will be completed on schedule, with assured quality and an elegant architectural design, enriching the experience of visitors to Hue.
