On the afternoon of November 11, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Member of the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, received a working delegation from Ho Chi Minh City, led by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City.

Mr. Van Dinh Huy, who was born in 1983, is currently working at Phu Bai Ward Police office. Even younger than Dinh Huy, Mr. Do Minh Dien, who was born in 1990, is currently an officer in the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City. What they have in common is a strong passion for books, and up to now, each of them has built his own personal book collection. They are truly the “young gentlemen” who collect books in Hue.

On the afternoon of October 21st, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Phan Thien Dinh received and worked with a delegation from Donghai Airlines (China) and its representative in the UAE - Aurola, regarding the launch of flights to and from Phu Bai International Airport.

On the morning of October 11th, the People’s Committee of Phong Phu Ward, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology, organized a training workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) application skills for officials, civil servants, and employees working in the ward.

In mid-July, Ngoc Khanh Hat boi and Tuong co Troupe (hat boi and tuong co are types of Vietnamese classical opera) and others from the South gave two performances at Thanh Binh Tu Duong, also known as Thanh Binh Tu. The ancestral house, which is located in Alley 281 on Chi Lang Street, Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City, is dedicated to founding fathers of tuong. In response to the series of activities within the framework of the Autumn Festival themed “Hue in Autumn” of the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025, the Department of Tourism, in coordination with Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the People’s Committee of Phu Xuan Ward, is preparing a variety of exciting programs for locals and visitors. Among them, the most anticipated highlight is the Unicorn-Lion-Dragon Dance Festival, Hue Unicorn dance performances, and the Mid-Autumn Lantern Parade through the streets in 2025.
