| The Secretary of the City Party Committee presents gifts to the leaders of Carlsberg Vietnam Brewery in Phu Bai |
At the meeting, representatives of Carlsberg Vietnam in Phu Bai reported to the delegation on the company’s production and business performance in recent years as well as its development strategy for the coming period. The company currently operates the Phu Bai brewery, one of Carlsberg Vietnam’s key production centers in Asia.
According to company representatives, the enterprise has maintained stable production operations while continuing to invest in technological upgrades and expand production capacity to meet market demand both domestically and regionally. Notably, the expansion project of the Carlsberg Vietnam brewery in Phu Bai was completed in 2025 with a total investment of nearly 90 million USD. The project significantly increased production capacity, making the facility the largest production site of the Carlsberg Group in Asia.

Alongside production development, the company has also focused on applying technological solutions to improve resource efficiency, save energy and minimize environmental impact. Modern production lines help reduce water and energy consumption while gradually transitioning to the use of renewable energy in operations.
According to company representatives, in its long-term development strategy, Hue and the central region will continue to play an important role in the company’s operations. The company will continue investing to enhance production efficiency while implementing initiatives aimed at sustainable and environmentally friendly development.
In addition to its contributions in production and business activities, Carlsberg Vietnam in Phu Bai has actively participated in cultural and social activities and supported local communities. The company is among the major contributors to the city’s budget and regularly accompanies various social welfare programs.
