The delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, including Ms. Tran Thi Suong (An Luu Village, My Thuong Commune); Ms. Bach Thi Xu (Dong Di Village), Ms. Tong Thi Nhon (Le Xa Dong Village), and Ms. Truong Thi Nghi (Su Lo Thuong Village), all in Phu Ho Commune; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet (Group 3, Thanh Thuy Ward).
At each household, members of the delegation warmly inquired about the Mothers’ health and daily lives, while expressing their deep gratitude for the great sacrifices made by policy families and those who rendered distinguished service to the revolution in the struggle for national independence and freedom. Although modest in material value, Tet gifts carried sincere affection, appreciation, and a strong sense of responsibility from authorities at all levels toward the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
Speaking at the visited locations, Colonel Tran Hong Que, Deputy Political Commissar of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, affirmed that caring for the material and spiritual well-being of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers is both a responsibility and a sacred expression of gratitude of today’s generation. He expressed his hope that Vietnamese Heroic Mothers will always remain in good health, enjoy happy and healthy lives, and continue to serve as a spiritual support and a shining example for their children and grandchildren to follow.
