Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Department of Tourism, said that on the evening of January 26, within the framework of the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF), there was an award ceremony for the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Awards, taking place in Vientiane, Laos. The three cities representing Vietnam have been awarded (which will be effected from 2024 to 2026) namely: Hue (Thua Thien Hue Province), Vung Tau (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province), and Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh Province).

On the afternoon of January 15th, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting with the Chairman of Deawon Group (South Korea).

On the morning of January 11, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong had a meeting and discussion with Mr. Choi Sang Joo, Chairman of the KX Group (South Korea) on a visit and working trip to Hue City.

On the morning of January 8th, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong held a working session with TTC Group.

On December 12, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a meeting and working session with Mr. Julien Guerrier, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to Vietnam.

On the afternoon of December 4, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting and exchange with H.E. Shawn Steil, the Canadian Ambassador to Vietnam to promote cooperation in the fields of education and training, culture (Hue Festival), climate change tackling and environmental protection.

On the afternoon of November 21st, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a meeting with Mr. Olivier Brochet, Ambassador of the French Republic to Vietnam, on the occasion of a working visit of the delegation to Thua Thien Hue province.

On the afternoon of November 6, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting with Ms. Susan Burns, US Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of October 3, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong hosted a courtesy reception and had a working session with a delegation of the Embassy of Finland to Vietnam, led by Mr. Keijo Norvanto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of The Republic of Finland to Vietnam.

On the afternoon of September 25, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong hosted a courtesy reception for H.E. Vuyiswa Tulelo, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Vietnam on a working visit to the province.
