In the middle of the rice fields of Dien Hoa (now Dien Chau Commune, Nghe An Province) stands a small memorial site. There, the final wish of a father - the poet and musician Nguyen Trong Tao, who spent many years with Hue - has been fulfilled.

Nguyen Luong Ngoc Khanh (stage name Mr. Boomba) is one of the distinctive names in Hue's music scene today. He is both a monochord artist associated with Hue Chamber Music Club, and a music producer in the hiphop and underground music community in Vietnam.

The Trinh Cong Son Park, located on the street named after him, is a way for the people of Hue to honor the immense contributions of this talented musician. It is not only a space of artistry but also one imbued with a message of peace.

Mega Booming - Hue 2025 is set to return on a larger scale, featuring a star-studded lineup of artists and aiming to captivate the young generation and music enthusiasts. This artistic showcase will be part of the closing ceremony of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.

Born in 1987, Pa Co man Nguyen Xuan Bay from Ra Looc village - A Soc hamlet, Hong Bac commune (now A Luoi 2 commune) came to traditional music with a pure, instinctive love. “I learned by myself, I felt for myself, and I listened the rhythms that echoed from village festivals, through the hands and breaths of the elders, then practiced on my own,” Bay shared.

Some rivers have painted their own portraits in human memory, like the Seine with Paris, the Danube with Vienna, the Nile with Egypt... And with Hue, it is the Huong River – the one that has immersed itself in layers of mist and time, flowing into poetry, music, and painting as a wandering stream.

In the journey to spread and preserve the value of Hue Singing (Ca Hue) for both today and the future, along with artisans, there are also music teachers in schools. They are considered as emissaries, who contribute to spreading the famous art form of Hue to students, ensuring its continuity for generations to come.

“Noi vong tay lon” (The Great Circle of Vietnam), one of the signature songs in the vast musical legacy of the late musician Trinh Cong Son, has been engraved on a stone stele and installed at the park named after him on Trinh Cong Son Street, along the romantic Perfume River. ​
