This was the topic of the second Empathic communication workshop, which featured meaningful and inspiring sharing from Minh Bon, the speaker, Director of Sao Mai Education System, Coach of the Happy Teacher Foundation, and Reporter at the Institute of Applied Psychology - Education. The workshop was organized by Hue Book and Culture Club on February 16 at the Hue Book and Culture Space (at 23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City).

On November 30, 2024, the National Assembly passed the Resolution to establish Hue City under the Central Government from January 1, 2025, and the Resolution on the restructuring of district and commune-level administrative units of Hue City, in the 2023 - 2025 period. On July 17, within the framework of a working trip to Thua Thien Hue province, the delegation of Khanh Hoa province, led by Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, the Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, visited the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and worked with the Department of Information and Communication of Thua Thien Hue on digital transformation and smart urban development.
