How to satisfy customers with our services and products?

If customers are satisfied, will they return and introduce your businesses to others?

In the opposite case, if customers are dissatisfied or even frustrated with the service experience, whether will they not return and share their negative feedback with others?

For nearly 3 hours, 60 participants, including business owners and employees from various sectors, were guided through the key steps of customer experience management.

Important knowledge derived from research, as well as from the process of training and coaching businesses were shared in detail by Pham To Hoai, with many concrete examples.

By researching the cases of participating businesses beforehand, Mr. Pham To Hoai provided practical lessons with relevant case studies.

Ms. Hoang Mai from ALBA Hotel expressed: “The program is very useful and necessary for my business”.

Mr. Le Minh Thanh, a spa owner in Hue City, also believed that programs like this are essential for businesses.
