Held from January 23 to February 2 (from the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month of the Year of the Dragon to the 5th day of the Year of the Snake), the At Ty Spring Festival featured numerous activities and art spaces, creating a joyful atmosphere across the city and leaving a lasting impression on the public and visitors.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Truong Dinh Hanh, Vice Chairman of Thuan Hoa District People's Committee, stated that with the theme “Cultural crystallization - Breakthrough to reach further”, the At Ty Spring Festival stretched along both banks of the Huong River, with highlights at Ly Tu Trong Park, Thuong Bac Park, Nguyen Dinh Chieu pedestrian street, and especially at the Quoc Hoc Stele area featuring the image of the Snake mascot - the symbol of the Year of the Snake, along with favorable weather; these attracted tens of thousands of visitors to explore and capture beautiful moments with family, friends, and relatives.

In the Spring Festival areas, the Organizing Committee arranged venues for entertainment activities such as nightly music performances, traditional martial arts performances, street art, traditional craft cultural spaces, and early spring reading cultural spaces at 15 Le Loi and 23-25 Le Loi Street, creating a colorful, attractive, novel, and joyful picture for local people and visitors.
In addition, the bonsai, rockery, calligraphy, wood carving, and ornamental plant contests of this year also gathered many high-quality products, demonstrating the quintessence and dedication of the skillful and diligent hands of artisans, creating a unique feature of the annual spring festival and bringing the most unique products to the Spring Festival.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes for small Bonsai, medium Bonsai, large Bonsai, miniature landscape, and rockery, etc., to artisans, including: 8 Gold Medals, 13 Silver Medals, 16 Bronze Medals, and 36 Consolation Prizes.
