The development of the labor market is not only linked with social welfare but also serves as a pillar for sustainable growth. Hue City is focusing on investing in resources, at the same time expanding employment opportunities, and accompanying businesses and workers in the new phase.

On the morning of September 20, Hue City Employment Service Center held a ceremony to open the “Employment Month 2025” with the theme “September - The Autumn of Recruitment”.

On August 15, 2025, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held the 2025 Creative labor Festival in Hanoi. Hue City was honored to have two participating units, including: Tien Phong Forestry One Member State Co., Ltd., and Bach Ma Herbals Production Trading Services Co., Ltd.

At noon on July 28th, Hue City Federation of Labor and the Trade Union of Son Ha Hue Co., Ltd. held the 2025 “Trade Union Meal” event.

On the morning of June 25, Hue City Labor Federation held a conference to review the campaign “Building Close-knit Families, Prosperous, Progressive, Happy, and Civilized Workers in Hue City” and commend outstanding families in the period of 2021 - 2025.

On the 10-acre field of red chiem rice (a traditional red rice grown in brackish lowlands of Hue City, sown by April and harvested by July), each planting season requires 40 to 50 hired laborers, and the harvest stretches over several days. Left untended and unfertilized, the rice grows naturally under the generous sun and rain. Some call it “heaven’s rice” — a variety grown from the grace of Tam Giang’s waters.

In the context of digital transformation becoming an inevitable trend, businesses must incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into their operations as a pressing requirement to enhance labor productivity and boost business efficiency.

On the afternoon of March 3, the Women’s Union in collaboration with the Phu Xuan District Labor Federation of Hue City held the Cultural and Sports Festival. The program attracted over 300 female cadres, union’s members, officers, and workers.

On February 15, the Employment Service Center – the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs held the opening ceremony of the Month of Job Fair in 2025 with the theme “Spring Connecting Jobs”. Over 200 workers and 35 enterprises joined the direct and online recruitment on the opening day.
