Over 35 years of establishment and development, Hue City Employment Service Center has gradually affirmed its role as a vital bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to stabilizing the labor market and effectively implementing social security policies in the city.

In 2025, the Center continued to focus on key tasks in the fields of labor, employment, vocational training, and unemployment insurance policies. The unit provided employment, career, and labor policy consultations to nearly 36,500 people, and successfully placed 190 workers into jobs.

In 2026, Hue City Employment Service Center has set a goal for a comprehensive innovation of its operations, putting workers and businesses at the center of its services. The focus will be on expanding the labor market information network, improving the quality of consultation, forecasting labor supply and demand, and linking vocational training with sustainable job placement.

According to the plan, the Center will organize 31 in-person and online job fairs, striving to successfully place over 1,000 workers and send 100 workers to work abroad under contract.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, recognized the contributions of Hue City Employment Service Center over the past 35 years. He urged the unit to continue innovating, promoting the application of technology, and enhancing the quality of labor market forecasting, contributing to the city's socio-economic development goals and ensuring social security in the new period.
