Over 98% of workers return to work after the Lunar New Year of the Horse holiday

HNN.VN - On the morning of February 24, the City Labor Federation announced that more than 98% of workers have returned to work following the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 holiday. Specifically, in economic zones and industrial parks, this rate reached 99%.

According to statistics as of the morning of February 24, over 98% of businesses in the area have resumed production and business operations. The working atmosphere at many factories and enterprises quickly stabilized, with production activities restored from the very first days of the lunar new year.

For units and businesses operating throughout the Tet holiday, the trade union provided guidance to ensure full compliance with regulations on wages, bonuses, and working hours in accordance with the law. Additionally, the City Labor Federation organized visits and extended Tet greetings to workers working on New Year’s Eve, offering timely encouragement and sharing difficulties with union members and workers.

Businesses also ensured that employees received Tet holiday leave in line with regulations while arranging duty forces to maintain security and safety at production facilities. Communication and duty assignments were fully implemented, contributing to production stability before, during, and after Tet.

With more than 98% of workers returning to work, Hue City has entered the first days of the lunar new year with a positive production spirit, creating a favorable foundation for production and business activities, and economic growth in 2026.
