On the afternoon of July 31, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong held a working session with the leaders of Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company regarding the progress of the Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Complex Project in the Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, and discussed plans for investment expansion.

On July 30th, Hue City Department of Culture and Sports announced that Hue City People’s Committee has issued an official document approving the continuing of archaeological excavation of the remaining area approximately 200 square meters at Lieu Coc Twin Towers site (Kim Tra Ward, Hue City). The goal is to gain a comprehensive and complete understanding of the Lieu Coc temple-tower complex.

On the afternoon of July 29th, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, inspected the progress of the FPT Education Complex project located in An Van Duong New Urban Area.

On the morning of July 25, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, held a Continuing Medical Education (CME) course titled “Strengthening Integrated Management of Hypertension, Diabetes, and Stroke Prevention in the Community”; it also donated 2.000 electronic blood pressure monitors to health stations and people in the area.

On the afternoon of July 24th, Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai - Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Bai Ward, presented a certificate of commendation to Mr. Tran Van Phi (born in 1999, residing in An Ha Hamlet, My Thuong Ward, Hue City) for his courageous act of rescuing a drowning child.

The inaugural 2025 Central - Central Highlands Nghia Dung Karate-Do Club Tournament officially opened on the morning of July 22nd at Hue City Sports Center. Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh attended the event.

The People's Committee of Hue City has approved the organization of the first race designed to explore the city’s cultural heritage - “Hue Heritage Trail 2025”. This is a highlight event within the framework of Hue’s 2025 Wellness Tourism Week and responding to the 2025 National Tourism Year.
