Nearly 5 years into implementation, the project “Promoting the Value of Ho Chi Minh Relics in Hue City to Serve Tourism Development” for the 2021-2025 period has attracted participation from nearly 10 travel agencies offering tours to the Ho Chi Minh Museum and other relic sites.

As a part of 2025 National Tourism Year, the Event Week titled “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” will take place from November 23 to 30 in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue.

On the afternoon of November 11, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Member of the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, received a working delegation from Ho Chi Minh City, led by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City.

On the morning of November 5, the road management unit reopened one lane of traffic at the position of Km 317+150 on Pe Ke Pass, part of the Ho Chi Minh Highway passing through A Luoi 1 Commune, Hue City.

On the afternoon of November 5, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Phan Thien Dinh, together with Member of the Standing Committee and Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City Nguyen Thi Ai Van, received support from the Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City to help Hue City overcome the impacts of recent floods.

On the morning of October 25, Hue Central Hospital and Hue City People’s Procuracy, in coordination with Thanh Nien Newspaper, Venerable Nun Thich Nu Tam Nguyet, and the Buddhists of Pho Hien Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City), organized a gift-giving program for pediatric patients in especially difficult circumstances who are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

On October 20, A Dot Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authority of A Luoi 4 Commune and a collective of philanthropists from Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a program to give 800 gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances in the area.

On the morning of October 17, the People’s Committee of Phong Phu Ward, in collaboration with NextX Future Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City), held a training session aimed at enhancing the digital technology skills of nearly 50 local households, aquaculture facility owners, and businesses involved in black tiger shrimp farming. ​

On the afternoon of September 18th in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha received a delegation of revolutionary contributors from Hue City on the occasion of their visit to the capital and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

At the end of August 2025, Hue Central Hospital organized the first “Proton Therapy in Vietnam” workshop. This event is considered an important step toward realizing the plan to build three proton therapy centers at three institutions: K Hospital (Hanoi), Hue Central Hospital, and Cho Ray Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City).
