This is the theme of the Action Month for Children 2026, launched by the People's Committee of Thanh Thuy Ward on the morning of June 4. The program aims to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility of authorities at all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole in caring for, educating, and protecting children.

On the evening of May 29, at Bao Vinh Ancient Town (Hoa Chau Ward), the City People's Committee organized the launching ceremony for the Action Month for Children 2026 under the theme “Happy and safe children confidently stepping into the digital era”.

On September 23rd, a workshop on sharing experiences in implementing the Happy School Project was held in Hue City, jointly organized by the City’s Department of Education and Training, the University of Education - Hue University, and Eurasia Foundation.

According to information from the People’s Committee of Hue City, the art program titled Hue Countdown - Happy New Year 2025 will take place from 8:30 pm on December 31, 2024, to 1:00 am on January 1, 2025 at the intersection of To Huu and Vo Nguyen Giap Streets in Hue City.

On March 20, the Authority of Foreign Information Service, under the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), officially announced the "Happy Vietnam" contest in 2024.
