More than 142 visually impaired women have received vocational training, and over 68,000 gift packages have been distributed; these were among the notable achievements highlighted at the conference reviewing 10 years of implementing the coordinated support program for visually impaired women (2016 - 2026 period), and the five-year review of the Compassionate Homes program, held on the morning of June 2 at the City Association of the Blind.

On the morning of June 1, the Department of Education and Training officially opened the 2026 Traditional Swimming Tournament for General Education Students of the city.

No longer operating on a small, fragmented scale, many cooperatives (Co-op) in suburban areas of Hue City are transforming their mindset, expanding their operations, improving product quality, and gradually establishing a stronger presence in the market.

On the evening of May 30th, at A Luoi 2 Commune, Hue City Department of Culture and Sports officially opened the first “Mountain Ethnic Groups Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival" 2026.
