This information was provided by leader of the Aeon Mall Hue Co., Ltd. during an inspection of the construction progress of the Aeon Mall Hue shopping center project, by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong and representatives of departments, branches, and localities on March 5.

On the morning of March 5th, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Vice Chairman, Nguyen Thanh Binh, had a meeting with Mr. Yakabe Yoshinori, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang.

The tomb of Emperor Thieu Tri (Cu Chanh village, Thuy Bang commune, Hue City) known as Xuong Lang, is a majestic tomb complex with beautiful landscapes in Hue Ancient Capital. Over time, the structure has suffered significant damage.

Recently on January 12, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) held a report to the scientific committee on the project of restoring Can Chanh Hall in the Imperial City of the Nguyen Dynasty. The project proposes restoring the entire hall with the exterior and interior following the original in the Nguyen Dynasty.

The dragon, known by the character "long", is a mythical creature steeped in supernatural qualities, standing at the forefront among the four sacred animals: "dragon, unicorn, tortoise, phoenix". It emerged thousands of years before the Common Era, gradually elevated to a symbol in East Asian culture. On the evening of January 26th, 2024, the award ceremony for the ASEAN Clean Tourist City took place in Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Hue City, being one of three cities representing Vietnam, proudly received this prestigious award. This is an award within the framework of the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) held from January 22nd to 27th. The delegation from Hue City, led by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, Vo Le Nhat, attended the award ceremony and participated in various activities of the forum.

A positive signal at the beginning of 2024 is that many travel companies have registered to bring cruise travel tourists to Chan May port. The remaining challenge is how to attract more high-end tourists to visit, experience, and “spend money” in Hue City.
