On the evening of October 11th, Hue City Youth Union held a ceremony to honor recipients of the “Student with 5 Good Criteria”, “Student with 3 Good Criteria”, “Student with 3 Good Training Criteria” titles, and the “January Star” Award for 2025 at Hue FPT Education Complex in Thanh Thuy Ward.

On the afternoon of October 9th, as part of “Hue - Innovation for Sustainable Development” (Hue Innovation Day 2025) event, a forum was held under the theme “Developing the Private Economy in Connection with Heritage Economy in Hue”. On October 8th in Hanoi, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) was honored at the Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) 2025 in the “Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise/Organization” category with its “Digital Identification and Exhibition of Nguyen Dynasty Antiquities” solution.

On the night of October 8, Hue College of Tourism (under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) held a program to welcome freshmen in the academic year 2025 - 2026, along with a cultural performance titled “The Rhythm of Hue Tourism”.

On the afternoon of October 8, Hue College of Tourism coordinated with Cholimex Foods to hold a contest titled “Finding Hue’s Culinary Ambassador - Season 6” with the theme “Hue Cuisine in the Green Flow - Creativity for Sustainable Development”.

In mid-July, Ngoc Khanh Hat boi and Tuong co Troupe (hat boi and tuong co are types of Vietnamese classical opera) and others from the South gave two performances at Thanh Binh Tu Duong, also known as Thanh Binh Tu. The ancestral house, which is located in Alley 281 on Chi Lang Street, Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City, is dedicated to founding fathers of tuong. This house of great historical and cultural value has been recognized as National Heritage Site.

More than 20 paintings in a variety of materials, yet sharing the same story of Hue, have been created from inspirations of the moon and the wind, expressed with fresh emotions.

On the morning of October 7, the Doctor Recruitment Council under the talent attraction policy at Hue City’s public health units held the opening ceremony of the doctor recruitment program, phase 1, 2025.

In the period of 2026 - 2030, alongside the process of exploitation, the effectiveness of the collected Han - Nom (Sino-Vietnamese Demotic character) documents will be promoted. Furthermore, these also aim to serve the research needs of readers, scholars, and experts in the fields of history, culture, society, economy, and politics.
