Cooperating for conservation and promotion of heritage values

The “Digital identification and Exhibition of Nguyen Dynasty antiquities” solution of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, has just won the Vietnam Digital Awards 2025. This achievement affirms Hue's pioneering position in the journey to bring heritage into the digital age.

On the morning of November 21st, at the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council, or Co Mat Vien (Tam Toa), Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in collaboration with the University of Arts - Hue University, held the opening of a series of exhibitions and displays in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd).

A section of Hue Imperial Citadel wall collapsed after days of heavy rain and flooding. The fallen section, about 15 meters long, is located on the northern side of Hue Imperial City, next to the park along Dang Thai Than Street (Phu Xuan Ward).

In his latest speech, Mr. Le Ngoc Tuan, Head of Hue City Forest Protection Department informed that the City People’s Committee has just decided to establish the Bac Hai Van Landscape Protection Zone, located in Chan May - Lang Co Commune.

The opening ceremony of the 5th Organization of World Heritage Cities Asia-Pacific (OWHC-AP) Regional Conference took place on the afternoon of October 14 at Silk Path Hotel (Hue City).
