According to the announcement released by coach Nguyen Van Phap on the afternoon of July 28, the Hue Taekwondo team had wrapped up its campaign at the 2026 National Youth Taekwondo Championships with encouraging achievements.

As part of the 500-day-and-night campaign to increase efforts in the search for and collection of the remains of fallen soldiers, collect biological samples, and conduct DNA testing to identify those whose identities remain unknown, officers and soldiers of Search and Recovery Team 192 under the Hue City Military Command, together with coordinating forces, are working day and night with a strong sense of responsibility and profound gratitude. Their efforts are helping bring fallen soldiers home to their families and loved ones.

Marking the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), on the afternoon of July 21, the city leaders visited and presented gifts to families of people with meritorious service to the revolution in several localities, and encouraged the teams currently tasked with searching for and repatriating martyrs’ remains.

A decade ago, Kimura Brazilian Jiujitsu Hue was merely a grassroots martial arts club with a few dozen practitioners training for fitness and self-defense.
