To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. These teams were tasked with assessing the preparation and guiding the organization of the new academic year's opening ceremony at educational institutions across the city.

A team of experts from Japan, in collaboration with the Faculty of History (University of Sciences, Hue University), is conducting a survey of the Thanh Loi National Relic Site, located in Thuy Xuan Ward, Hue City.

At the Central and Southern Vietnam finals of the STEM Robotics Robotacon WRO 2025, held recently in Ho Chi Minh City, the Eureka - Lego team from Eureka Center - Hue claimed the championship title in the B0 category for ages 6-10. On the night of July 26, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese national team participating in the 2025 International Biology Olympiad (IBO) held in the Philippines. Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted won a Silver Medal.

Participating in the 55th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO), held in Paris, France, the Vietnamese national team of five students all earned medals: one Gold and four Silver medals. Tran Le Thien Nhan, a student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted - Hue, was among the Silver Medalists.

At the International Biology Olympiad (IBO) 2025, Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th grade student, Biology major, Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, is one of four members of the Vietnamese team participating in the competition.

The 2025 Asian Shuttlecock Championship and Asian Youth Shuttlecock Championship, held in Hong Kong (China) with the participance of 11 countries and territories, ended on the afternoon of June 28th. The Vietnamese national shuttlecock team claimed the overall championship title.

On the morning of June 26th, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union Hoang Thi Thuy Linh visited and presented gifts to encourage the volunteer youth teams participating in the 2025 “Tiep suc mua thi” (Exam support campaign) at various 2025 National High School Graduation Exam sites.
