This is the theme of the Action Month for Children 2026, launched by the People's Committee of Thanh Thuy Ward on the morning of June 4. The program aims to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility of authorities at all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole in caring for, educating, and protecting children.

On June 3, at Ly Tu Trong Park in Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City Department of Health, in coordination with the City’s Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, the Social Work and Child Protection Center, together with various units, organizations, and benefactors, organized the “Festival for children in special circumstances 2026”. The event aimed to provide meaningful encouragement to hundreds of children in difficult circumstances across the city on the occasion of the Action Month for Children 2026.

On the evening of May 29, at Bao Vinh Ancient Town (Hoa Chau Ward), the City People's Committee organized the launching ceremony for the Action Month for Children 2026 under the theme “Happy and safe children confidently stepping into the digital era”.

From May 29 to 31, the Bao Vinh pedestrian street in Hoa Chau Ward will be transformed into a vibrant community cultural space through the “Childhood Memories in the Heart of the Ancient Town” Festival - an event that combines heritage preservation, community tourism development, and in response to the Action Month for Children 2026.

On the morning of November 30, at the Culture and Cinema Center, Hue City Health Department organized a rally to respond to the National Action Month for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, and World AIDS Day 2025.

On the morning of November 11th, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee held the 2nd City Party Committee meeting, term 17th, to review the performance over the first 10 months of 2025 and to set key directions and tasks for the remaining months of 2025; the meeting also considered draft working regulations and an Action Program to submit to the City Party Congress Executive Committee.

On the morning of May 31st, People’s Committee of Hue City held the launching ceremony for Action Month for Children 2025 with the theme: “Prioritize resources to fulfill goals for children.”

On the evening of May 31, Hue City's Youth Union coordinated with Hue Children's House to organize the opening ceremony of summer activities and the launching ceremony of the Month of action for children, as well as awarding prizes for a writing contest themed “Pens of the young ages”, and an English video clip contest themed “I am a tour guide” in 2024.
