According to Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Huyen Tran Temple Festival for the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026, themed “Honoring the Ancestors - Sacred Imprints of Territorial Expansion”, will be held on the 8th and 9th days of the first lunar month of the Year of the Horse (corresponding to February 24-25, 2026) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center (151 Thien Thai Street, An Cuu Ward, Hue City).

Preparing for the flower season of Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, flower growers across the city are staying close to their fields, busily tending their plants to ensure timely supply for the market.

To share difficulties with people in disadvantaged circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 4th, Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup, in coordination with Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television, organized the presentation of Tet gifts to poor households in Hue City.

Such is the theme of a special exhibition held by Hue City History Museum to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2026) and to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. On the morning of February 1st, as part of a series of activities celebrating the Communist Party and welcoming in the Year of the Horse, Phu Loc Commune held a ceremony to unveil its Spring 2026 mascot - “Linh Ma Bach Van” (Spirit Horse & White Clouds), carrying the message “Aspiring to Soar with Bach Ma.”

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on January 31, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented 400 Tet gift packages to poor households and those in difficult circumstances in An Cuu and Phu Xuan wards.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 of Vietnamese people, on January 29th, a delegation from Sekong Province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, paid a visit and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Hue City. The delegation was led by Comrade Bounlai Bouththi, Member of the Central Committee of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Secretary of Sekong Provincial Party Committee.

To create a joyful and vibrant atmosphere before, during, and after the Lunar New Year of the Horse (Binh Ngo) 2026, Thuan Hoa Ward will organize the Thuan Hoa Spring Festival Binh Ngo 2026 at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward). The program, themed “Dung dang dung de - Welcoming Spring in joy and good health”, will take place on February 1.
