In the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam, Dau Nguyen Thai Binh, a student of the Math Major 1 class at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, emerged as the top-scorer in Hue City and ranked fourth nationwide. It was just another ordinary day at the Center for Nursing and Care for the Meritorious in Hue City - a place that welcomes revolution contributors, and policy beneficiaries each year.
