On the evening of June 26, the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Thuy Ward held a ceremony to kick off the “Countryside Market Festival” in response to Hue Festival 2026.

On the afternoon of June 24, the City People's Committee held its regular June meeting and a session to review the city's socio-economic performance during the first 6 months of 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Party Central Committee Member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the City People’s Committee.

On the afternoon of June 24, Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Toan hosted a courtesy meeting with a delegation from Pacific Construction Group Co. On June 22nd, Hue Central Hospital announced that patient P.M.D. (41 years old, residing in My Thuong Ward, Hue City), who received a heart transplant from a deceased brain-dead donor, had made a good recovery and was discharged from the hospital. This was the 23rd successful heart transplant performed at the hospital and the last of six recipients who received organs and tissues from the same brain-dead donor to be discharged.
