Hue Museum of Fine Arts is both a space to display exhibitions that attract the public and, over the years, it has become a popular choice among students as an experiential school destination. Not only do they learn more about art, such as painting, installation, etc., but they also get to role-play and create works in their way.

On the evening of April 19, at Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street (Hue City), the Provincial Department of Tourism organized the "Hue - Welcome Summer 2024" event. This event is part of the series of activities within Hue Festival 2024, with the aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome an attractive summer tourism season, as well as creating a media effect to attract visitors to Thua Thien Hue Province.

It has been several decades since fishermen in Ngu Dien Sea (Phong Dien, Thua Thien Hue) have witnessed shoals of scads, herring, shrimp... swimming to the shore. The inshore sea is reviving!

In the green space of Da:me space coffee, an offline event with the theme "Ánh sáng kinh đô" (Capital City Light) for both professional and amateur photographers from Hue took place. The special guest of this event was Mr. Doan Quang, an experienced photographer of Hue origin who is currently working and living in Da Nang.

“A steadfast anchorage” is the aspirations and hopes of generations of fishermen venturing out to sea and the local authorities of Thua Thien Hue province in their efforts to meet the evolving needs of the fishing community.

On April 15th, Gbike Co., Ltd. (Viet PM) in collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) held a ceremony to hand over and put into operation 20 GCOO electric bikes at Gia Long Mausoleum. At the same time, technology transfer, and supplementary services such as the GCOO bike-sharing technology application, electric charging, and bike maintenance were also provided.

Inside the Hue Royal Palace heritage site, at Duyet Thi Duong Theater (the theater for the king, royal family members, and mandarins to enjoy traditional royal operas) stands a space exhibiting hundreds of tuồng (traditional Vietnamese opera) masks, which get tourists to stop to explore.

Though belonging to different generations and living in different places, with their shared passion for painting, they meet in Hue for an exhibition. To them, Hue is land of memories of not only their work but also their friendship and love among themselves.

The Nine Urns, a national treasure located in Hue Imperial Palace, feature carved images of Vietnam that may be familiar to those who have visited the site. These images have now been recreated on wood by a group of skilled experts and artists using their unique and impressive techniques.

Phuoc Tich ancient village is surrounded by the O Lau river in Phong Hoa Commune, (Phong Dien District), which is 40km north of Hue City. The village was founded in 1470, during the reign of Le Thanh Tong. With its poetic scenery, valuable architecture of ruong houses and garden houses, and unique cultural institutions, etc., the village was recognized as a national relic in 2009. Currently, the functional agencies are preparing a dossier to propose the village to be recognized as a special national relic.
