On February 8, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, organized the “Spring of Love” program to share support, offer encouragement, and bring a warmer Tet to disadvantaged patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.

​ On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 8th, the Trade Union of Thuan Hoa Ward organized the program “Tet Reunion - Spring in Gratitude to the Party”, featuring many practical activities to support union members and workers so they can welcome the traditional Tet holiday in joy and warmth. Hue Central Hospital also organized the program “Spring Tet Market” for disadvantaged patients currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

On the morning of January 2, the University of Education, Hue University, held a program titled “Connecting Spring - Sharing Tet” on taking students home for Tet of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

Alongside business support policies from the Central Government, Hue City has also introduced tailored, distinctive support mechanisms to spur business development, aiming to have around 12,000 businesses operating stably by 2030.

On the morning of January 31st, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) provided Tet gifts for residents of Hue City through Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) of Hue City. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairwoman of Hue City VFFC, attended the handover ceremony.

On the morning of January 30th, Hue Association for Protection of Child's Rights held a conference to review its activities in 2025 and deploy directions and tasks for 2026.

According to the information announced by Hue Central Hospital on the morning of January 29, following a period of exchanges and discussions, it had organized the signing of an agreement on professional capacity transfer and medical cooperation with TTH Group, including TTH Ha Tinh General Hospital and TTH Quang Binh General Hospital, as well as Vinmec Healthcare System.

On January 23rd, the Department of Finance, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Luxembourg Project Management Unit, the Technical Assistance Office of Project VIE/039, and Musa Pacta Joint Stock Company, organized a workshop to assess the results and development potential of the banana value chain in Hue City.

On the morning of January 23, Hue City Red Cross Society, in coordination with Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Phu Loc and Vinh Loc Communes, organized a program to distribute Lunar New Year gifts for the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026 (the Year of Horse) to poor and near-poor households, families in difficult circumstances, and those severely affected by natural disasters in 2025 in Phu Loc and Vinh Loc Communes. The program was funded by support from Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup.

On January 22nd, Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences (Ministry of Education and Training), in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, organized a survey workshop in support of research on improving the institutional framework for the development of the education system.
