Popularizing digital technology and digital skills for the community has become a comprehensive strategic task, especially with the implementation of the new two-tier local government model. The Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources - Hue University currently plays a pivotal role in launching the “AI - Digital Literacy for All” movement designed to bring technological knowledge closer to the community, particularly targeting officials, civil servants, public employees, teachers, and citizens.

On December 5 and 6, at the Provincial Continuing Education Center, the Provincial Department of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, organized a training session on teaching safe swimming skills and preventing drowning in students.

On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.
